If you received such, please save the item and the whole package for inspection.
Please contact us within 7 days after receiving the purchased item.
After seven (7) days from receiving the item, product is already irreplaceable.
Or if you have used the product, we can't replace the product.
1 year product guarantee
Electric reel has 1 year product guarantee. Should there be any problem or defects with the product, you can send it back to us. It can be subject for replacement or we can repair the reel for free. ( Free repair does not apply for overloaded or dropped/submerged reels)
